The proposed project on 18801 Collins Avenue is a two- tower, mixed used program consisting of multifamily dwelling, apartment-hotel, hotel, and amenities within a zoning classification of MU-R in the city of Sunny Isles. Tower 1 consists of 294 multifamily dwelling units, 90 apartment-hotel units, and 60 hotel units. Tower 2 consist of 137 Multifamily Dwelling units.
The total buildable area will be 1,228,399 sqft on a 205,424 sq ft or 4.716 acre lot.
The towers will top out at 649'-0" NGVD as required by the FAA height Restrictions.
Amenities will include public beach access, public oceanfront park, restaurants, assembly area and 1,022 parking spaces, among other amenities.
